How do you ensure records aren't damaged during shipping?

We use specialized, heavy-duty corrugated cardboard mailers designed specifically for vinyl. Each record is reinforced with stiffeners and bubble wrap to prevent corner dings and seam splits during transit.

What is your return policy for warped or skipping records?

We offer a 30-day return policy for any defective or damaged vinyl. If your record arrives warped or has a manufacturing defect that causes skipping, we will provide a prepaid return label and a full refund or replacement.

Are the records you sell brand new or used?

We specialize in brand new, factory-sealed pressings. On occasion, we offer 'Open Box' specials or vintage collections, but these will always be clearly labeled with their specific grading and condition.

Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship to over 50 countries worldwide. International shipping rates and delivery times are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your specific location.

Can I cancel or change my pre-order?

Pre-orders can be canceled for a full refund anytime before the official release date. Once the item has entered the shipping process, we are unable to make changes to the order.
