Returns & Exchanges

At The Vinyl Store, we want you to be completely satisfied with your sound; if your record isn't hitting the right note, you can return or exchange it within 30 days of purchase. Items must be in their original, unopened shrink-wrap packaging to qualify for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Log into your account and visit the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

• 2.
  Pack Your Vinyl

  Carefully place the record in its original shipping mailer or a sturdy, record-specific box to ensure it is protected from warping or cracking during transit.

• 3.
  Ship It Back

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our quality control team inspects the returned media, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
